I’m a once-exhausted mum of four with a passion for helping families get the rest they deserve. Sleepless nights are no stranger to me, and from the start, ‘sleep training’ just didn’t feel right. I struggled to navigate the overwhelming world of sleep advice. But when I reached a point where things were no longer sustainable, I knew I had to make a change. After researching, learning, and applying evidence-based sleep strategies, I finally found the solutions that worked for me—and it changed my life!
